The features of upgrade separator are as follows:
1.Retain the original design,electric pump module assembly superimposed.
2. Parker's patented technology--integrated electric pump is after filtration position.
3. Using brushless motor.
4. Parallel oil passage design to ensure extremely low initial pressure drop and reduce fuel consumption.

I:Electric pump module assembly superimposed Design
1.Upgrade separator is from original design of Parker Hannifin USA,replace the original filter seat module with electric pump module;
2.Retain all the features of the original turbine series fuel/oil water separator;
3.Upgrade is for all the turbine series,such as 900FH,1000FH series,75900FH,751000FH,771000FH double and triple product.

II.Parker's patented technology--integrated electric pump is after filtration position
1.Patent design,Integrated electric pump is on the clean side;
2.Controller is integrated on electric pump;
3.Electric pump and filter seat is integrated;
4.Special oil passage design,integrated electric pump is after filtration position,effectively reduce failure rate of the electric pump.

III.Using brushless motor

1.Using brushless motor,reliability,performance and service life are much higher than those of brushed motors on market, and the energy consumption is much more lower;
2. Clean side and brushless motor to ensure the reliability of the motor under cheaper bad fuel and bad working conditions;
3.Extremely high performance,3 minutes working test,it can drain all the air of 8 meters length pipeline with a height of 3 meters in the working.

IV:Parallel oil passage design
1.Patented parallel oil/fuel passage design,add the switching valve function.
2.When the electric pump is working,it will switch to the electric pump oil passage and automatically exhaust for 3 minutes;
3.When the electric pump is not working,it will switch to the working oil passage and prevent increasing of the system resistance when fuel pass through the electric pump.It maintains the extreme low pressure drop of the Turbine series,the pressure drop means high fuel-efficiency and saves money.

V:Upgrade with Aquabloc® material long life series filter
1.Using Aquabloc® material long life series filter;
2.The dust holding capacity is 180-200% of the ordinary turbine series filter;
3.Really longer 180-200% water separation efficiency;
4.Reduce replacement frequency of the filter.
